Work progressing at Bay City Point

So far, Cracker Barrel, Panda Express, Dunkin’ Donuts, Aspen Dental and Chick-fil-A have filed paperwork with the city to move into the development. Developer Bob Ledbetter Jr. said company officials are aiming for a late spring opening for the early phases of the project. “In 30 to 60 days, you should see some activity on Cracker Barrel,” he said.
