Willows British Tea Room pours out warm welcome

PANAMA CITY — On Friday morning, Willows owner Linda Smith was preparing a pan of Irish pork sausages in the restaurant kitchen for her Bangers ‘n’ Mash — a “very traditional English” dish.Since moving Willows British Tea Room from Downtown Panama City to Callaway at the end of July, she has resumed serving her English specialties and hosting Royal teas.
