SunTrust giving $500,000 for Irma relief, taking donations

ATLANTA — The SunTrust Foundation announced Tuesday it will commit a total of $500,000 to various disaster relief and recovery efforts in support of the communities and businesses impacted by Hurricane Irma.SunTrust also is accepting donations toward the American Red Cross at all branches through Oct. 13.
