PANAMA CITY BEACH — Cherie Huffman and her husband, Mark Huffman, of Panama City Beach took their three dogs — Zady, Harry and Suzy — all rescues, to the “dog beach” west of Russell-Fields City Pier on Mother’s Day. “This was the first time for this ‘dog pack’ to go to the beach.
