Public Eye Soar Projection Festival

Panama City’s historic downtown will again light up for the 2018 Public Eye Soar Projection Festival.  On November 9th – November 10th, work of more than 130 artists from across the globe will be on display.  The festival will have hands-on activities, photography, projection art, short films, live performances, and more.  Best part: It’s free.
