PanCare to open Youngstown clinic March 24

YOUNGSTOWN — PanCare of Florida, a regional nonprofit health care organization, is opening a new facility in Youngstown.The public is invited to the grand opening of the newest clinic, from 10:30 to 2:30 p.m. March 24, at 12427 U.S. 231.
