Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center breaks ground on new ER facility

PANAMA CITY — Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center broke ground Thursday on a new, freestanding emergency medical services building.The facility, which will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, will open in May.
