EDITORIAL: Trump’s tariffs will hurt our economy and our friends

Already Canada has responded with its own series of tariffs on steel products, as well as yogurt and beer kegs. And, yes, even China has threatened tariffs on imported soybeans, which is justifiably frightening America’s farmers.
