Damage from Hurricane Michael leaves few options for Bay County moviegoers

PANAMA CITY — More than two months after Hurricane Michael ravaged the eastern side of Bay County, two movie theaters on 23rd Street in Panama City remain closed.Regal Regency 11 and Carmike Cinemas have not reopened.
