Cabana owners present new concept; city grants 30 days

Warning “continuing to do nothing is not sufficient,” Special Magistrate Jonathan Dingus said the owners of the Cabana Motel have 30 days to demonstrate real progress or the city will start tearing the building down to abate the nuisance.
