Eye Center now fully operational

PANAMA CITY — The Eye Center of North Florida has officially reopened its full-service eye care clinic to full operational status, the center announced Wednesday.The Eye Center “was not spared by the wrath of Hurricane Michael,” a news release said, with the main office on State 77 taking heavy damage inside and out.
