Local officials to appeal to FEMA to help displaced residents staying in condos, hotel rooms

The 274 displaced families receiving assistance from FEMA to stay in condos or hotel rooms in Panama City Beach are facing a double whammy – both the onset of on-season rates and the expiration of their temporary housing assistance from FEMA in April.
