Rader returns for annual musical/comedy show

PANAMA CITY BEACH — When Dennis Rader returns for his annual winter residents’ show, he’ll once again resurrect his old character “Moonshine” from the days of the Ocean Opry.Rader will perform one show only at the Todd Herendeen Theater, 8010 Front Beach Road, at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22.
