Operation Spay Bay to expand into new location

PANAMA CITY — Operation Spay Bay, Bay County’s low cost spay neuter clinic, soon will relocate and expand its services.The nonprofit has been housed at the Humane Society of Bay County since March 2014 but soon will move to 3520 E. 15th St., offering more services, more reach and improved parking.
